Where is the DDA/Downtown District?

Warren's DDA/Downtown District primarily encompasses all property between Mound Road and Van Dyke Avenue from I-696 north to 14 Mile Road, along with several properties west of Mound, such as Heritage Village and the Warren Community Center, and several properties east of Van Dyke, such as Warren Civic Center and City Square.
