Who participates in CitiStat?

The CitiStat Implementation Committee, which meets bi-weekly, consists of the directors of key departments, and always includes the Mayor, CitiStat Coordinator, City Controller, Personnel/Risk Management Director, Labor Relations Director, City Attorney, and Public Service Director.

The CitiStat committee assembled to direct our CitiStat effort is not a static one. Certain key members will be involved in the process with every department. Others will participate less frequently, contributing as circumstances require.

The committee members serve to guide the efforts of all participants to a consistent end. The goal of CitiStat is to create sets of criteria relevant to each city function that can be objectively measured and understood within and outside the departments.
