Any new commercial, industrial or multiple-family development, or addition to an existing development, including new parking area, driveway, outdoor storage, outdoor sales, etc. must receive site plan approval. An application that details the submittal requirements is available in the Planning Department or may be accessed from the Planning Department page of the City’s website. After the proper submittal of the application and required plans and documentation, a public hearing is held before the Planning Commission. The Planning Commission is the deciding body for site plan approval.
