A lot combination is a request to combine two or more parcels into one parcel. The processing of a lot combination is done administratively through the Planning Department and the request does not need to be presented to the Planning Commission or City Council.  An application that details the submittal requirements is available in the Planning Department or may be accessed from the Planning Department page of the City’s website.
