What if tree roots are the cause of sidewalk problems?

If sidewalk improvements are necessary as a result of problem tree roots (as determined by the City), you are required to pay for the cost of the first four flags. The City will pay for additional flags that need to be repaired in excess of four flags due to problem tree roots.
