Can I hand carry, deliver or drop off a bid in purchasing?

Yes, formal bids and proposals may be delivered in person to the purchasing office during normal work hours (8:30-5:00, M-F) providing the due date and time has not been reached.
Quotes may require on-line only quotation (usually beginning with "RFQ-W-..."). for on-line only quotes, hard copies will not be accepted.
Purchasing is located at the Warren City Hall
