When do we pay for the sidewalk/tree special assessments?

An advanced notice will be sent out in the spring (approximately April), after the work has been done. The property owner will have their choice of 3 options:
1. Pay the full amount by June 15th of the current year
2. Pay any portion of the assessed amount and thereby have lower yearly installments
3. Pay nothing and the total assessment will be divided into 5 yearly installments.
