When are the sidewalk/tree assessment installment bills due?

Sidewalk/tree assessment bills have the same due dates as the real estate taxes. Half of the installment or the full installment must be paid by August 31st. The 2nd half is due January 31st. This is a 5-year, 3% per year program.
