To purchase a copy of any program aired on TV Warren, please contact the Communications Department at (586) 258-2000.

You will need to fill out the appropriate FOIA Form, which is available in the attorney's office (Warren City Hall, One City Square, Warren, MI 48093), or on the city Website.

All requests must be approved by the City Attorney. Copies of DVDs cost $20.00. Payment may be made at the Parks & Recreation Office (5460 Arden, Warren, MI 48092) or the City Treasurer’s Office (One City Square, Suite 200, Warren, Michigan 48093).

Following payment, the FOIA request will be filled within five days. Once the process is completed, copies of the DVDs may be picked up at the Communications Office.
