Who handles the maintenance of water hydrants?

All fire hydrant questions can be directed to the Fire Chief at (586) 756-2800, extension 3200. The Chief will refer the problem to the Water Department for repair.
Depending upon urgency of repair, or weather permitting, repairs will be made in a timely fashion.
