The Warren DDA is responsible for enhancing the quality of life and economic vitality of the city's Downtown District. It works toward this goal by engaging local and regional actors, from governments to businesses, chambers of commerce and other associations, to encourage and facilitate investment in Downtown Warren. The DDA also actively markets it's property to potential investors and sponsors events throughout the District, providing recreation and social opportunities for all city residents. The DDA is responsible for substantial investments in Warren, such as the Warren Community Center, Warren Civic Center and City Square Park.
