The Tax Increment Finance Authority (TIFA) is a Local Development Financing Authority (LDFA) created by the City of Warren under Michigan Public Act 281. TIFA is managed by an independently appointed, public Board and it's Director, who work together to enhance the quality of life and economic vitality of South Warren along the Van Dyke Corridor.
