What does the TIFA do?

The Warren TIFA is responsible for enhancing the quality of life and economic vitality of South Warren along Van Dyke, it's central, major north-south thoroughfare. It works toward this goal by engaging local and regional actors, from governments to businesses, chambers of commerce and other associations, to encourage and facilitate investment along Van Dyke. TIFA also actively markets its property to potential investors and sponsors events and programs throughout the District, such as the Facade Improvement Program and Business Over Breakfast gatherings with local business leaders. TIFA has also leveraged its financial resources, directing thousands of dollars into assisting small businesses along Van Dyke as well as cleaning up blighted property.
